Summer - from June to September

Booking & Payment

  • Minimum Stay 5 nights

  • Maximum Stay 14 nights

  • Deposit A security deposit of €400 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 3 business days of check-out, minus any damages to the apartment

  • Final Payment The full rental amount is due 3 weeks before arrival (*)

  • Short Notice Bookings For bookings made less than 3 weeks (*) in advance, full payment is required at time of booking (deposit plus rental amount)

  • Additional guest additional fee of €15 per night for each adult guest (14+ years old) after 2 guests is applied


Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation Cancel with no penalty up to 4 weeks (*) prior to arrival. The deposit and the total amount of the stay will be refunded without deductions

  • Reduced Cancellations made within 3 weeks (*) of arrival, or failure to pay the full amount of the stay will incur a 15% charge of the total cost of the stay. The deposit will be forfeited

  • Moderate Cancellations made within 2 weeks (*) of arrival will incur a 30% charge of the total cost of the stay. The deposit will be forfeited

  • Strict Cancellations made within 1 week (*) of arrival will result in a 50% charge of the total cost of the stay. The deposit will be forfeited

  • Rigid No refund will be made for no-shows or early departures. The deposit will be refunded without deductions, minus any damages to the apartment

  • Maximum Stay 30 nights

  • Deposit A security deposit of €400 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out, minus any damages to the apartment

  • Final Payment The full rental amount is due 4 weeks before arrival (*)

  • Short Notice Bookings For bookings made less than 4 weeks (*) in advance, full payment is required at time of booking (deposit plus rental amount)

Winter Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation Cancel with no penalty up to 4 weeks (*) prior to arrival. The deposit and the total amount of the stay will be refunded without deductions

  • Rigid Cancellations made within 4 weeks (*) of arrival will result in a 100% charge of the total cost of the stay. The deposit will be refunded without deductions

* Only the date of receipt of the bank transfer or the date of receipt of the cancellation notice via email will be considered valid. Verbal or text message cancellations will not be accepted.
